TODAY IS TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 2008. BEN AND I ARE SITTING ON OUR PORCH. HE'S WATCHING TV, AND I'M WRITING IN MY BLOG. THIS BLOG IS GOING TO BECOME MY WAY OF COMMUNICATING WITH MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Grover Cleveland

Grover Cleveland was born on 03-18-1837 in Caldwell, New Jersey. He died 06-24-1908 in Princeton, New Jersey. He was the only President to serve two non-consecutive terms. 1885-1889 and 1893-1897. On 06-02-1886 he married Francis Folsom. She was 21, he was 49. She was the youngest First Lady in American History. He was the only President to have a wedding in The White House. Cleveland's portrait was on the $1000 bill from 1928-1946. After leaving The White House, he lived in retirement at his estate, Westland Mansion. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grover_Cleveland
